been there done that over boost destroy pistons . had oil return made to go into sump but there are heaps of littel things different. injector pump , vaulve ports oil return (turbo motor goes throught block for oil return )

feroza rad is the same as toyota early hilux for memory just the top tank needs to re drilled on move the pipe over. they did that up here in brisbane for my old wide body feroza . and it was not that dear .you neeed to speak to and old school rad guy not some bloke that reads a parts book.

make shore your heater core underthe dash is not leaking water as they some times split and you only loss alittle bit at a time. then you will over heat as the level has dropped .had this problem for about 6mth then found wet carpet on pasangers side.all is happy now only leaked when got hot never ...

just put new motor (30ks)in to work truck pulls like a train. The last one put no 4 leg throught the block .Need to know witch way to addvance the pump timing to give it a bit more juice as it is td and I don't wont to do this agine. do i move it to the block or away from the block to give it a bit ...

i had the same problem put in bigger rad but no different.Got some engine flushing oil and it made a big differents ,turdo diesel rev very high and are on full boost on the freeway .make sure you use good coolant not cheap stuff from woolies .mine runs 1/4 on normal driving nearly 1/2 way on freeway ...

If you need parts Daihatsu auto recyclers at archerfield have a good range of parts as thats all they do and they will post any were. I have used them for the past 6 years as i have had a few daihatsus.

i am running 245/70/16 tyers on f100 off set sunraisers on my rocky ute . No body lift only scrub alittle bit on full lock on full travel much eazer to get 16s now than 15in.still 15x8 as second set off wheels

On my rocky ute I have f100 rims god off set , and they are 16 in ,
some suziki rim fit but the off set is not right as i tryed grand vitara but not the right off set F 100 you can order any thing for them in 15 or 16
15 2nd hand rims hard to get but i payed $80 per rim new for 16 sun riasers 15 are ...

for your left engine mount get a piece of seat belt and a soldering iron burn a hole in it rap it around your engine mount burn another hole in it then put it back in . ferozas will all ways brack left ones .when in low range 4x4 .i did it after my 3rd mount and it has bean there for over 1year now .

just put 16 x 7 in f100 rims on ,new sunraisers with 245 /75/ 16 on my rocky ute. looks tops and they fit on my feroza to $100 per rim new .rocky utes come standard with 16x4.5 rims . i did this because you can get more 16in tires than 15 in as 16 in is standard on all new trucks.

hay i have a feroza a rocky and for the handbrake a toyota 3lt td surf yep. a toyota surf 97 auto but it does have get up and whent.but i love my diahatsu.as i have had about 5 of them and they have all ways made supprised me how far you can push them.if you dear to go that far .i got my rocky ute ...

floody lets work this out as there has to be some sort of small thing to fix this i have spent about 2gs on this sofar. it might be better to put my 2nd motor in and see if that makes a difference .but that is a big job

you dont know how to drive a feroza then lock {the front that is} it and a way we go you now will be left behind thats right at the ass of the pack luxs are way to slow no guts you will be sorry

i put all new items you are talkin about on my f77 and all diahatsu even new rad but it still gets very hot above 105 kms. if you drive 100kmph all day no problems . i wondar if it is because at over 105kmph it is on boost all the time and that is y it gets hot. ferozas dont run as hot as diesels do ...

my rocky ute does the same but i have tryed new rad new fan bigger rad now i just do not push it over 110 whith my tralior on .no tralior no hot mine is turbo diesel some one told me to flush the engine with some oil product to un glogg it????? lets here what u all got to say
