just bung in another l28 (only takes a day :D ), till you can aford the convo.... marks adapters dont make 253/308 to mq/mk convo kits any more either.

my l24 pushes 36's :shock: with standed 4.6 gears... even in its tired old unhealthy state...

i have this problem too, when i put my head back together i put the cam back in 180* out. you cant just turn the dizzy backward 180* .... i tryed with no seccess!!! but you can swap the possition of no1 spark plug to the opposit side and re-set the firing order from there. then you can sorta adjust ...

mq/mk's are 765mm out side to out side of chassis rail's, the rails are 85mm tall x 59mm wide, from top of the bonet to the bottom of the rails is 650mm (no body lift) and about 1650mm wide gaurd to gaurd...

looks like that bar is made for a few differnt models as the mounts look like there bolted ...

cheers guy's, yeah i knew about onesteel and there full lenth sceme, thats a last.. last resort and awill4x4 ive used the tube your talking about before at my old work and we had to grind the edges off 50x50 square bar to fit.
