You will be right mate just take your time on set up and transferring mounts ect get everything tacked and check it all over again. Then finish them all off

The air to wate intercooler should have its own water system so it dosent need the engine coolant it has its own heat exchanger.The filler point should be at the highest point and the pump at the lowest point of the water circut.And yes coolant is used i just use a alloy sutiable coolant

looks impressive but with the panhard chassis mount up so high it will handle like poo on the back . chop the panhard bracket off and lower the chassis bracket so the bar is almost level. cheers lukey

just wondering if you removed your sub tank? was that for the conversion?

did u have to change the brake master?

4 inch but the coils are 6 inch lifted.Because they are sitting up higher than standard.

Not 100% complete just need to bolt up new shocks and put the tray back on. No flex shots yet but will get some up soon

Coil conversion rear

I am doing a Leaf to coil conversion to the rear of my patrol What do you guys think is the best way about going at it. It gets used for play not work so load is not an issue and a coil over requires less fab work fo my chassis. let me no what you think and why

personally, something has to give, id prefer to keep stock cv's as they are easy to change, as soon as u put strong ones in u twist an axle, so u put a stronger axle in, then you end up breaking the input shaft to the box, so u put a stronger ip shaft in, and so on and so on, but the fact is ...
