The tranny is a 99 tracker 2wd. I am going to change and put back in the sammi tranny for ease of fab and access.

Nice build up ddog87, You posted up that you went with the mighty Kong transfer case setup, have you added any extra strengthening to the mounts that they mount onto on the Chassis...? I started this build the the thought of being low and stable, I have had the spoa lifts with the 33" tire and they do ok but most of the terrain around here is wooded trails and mud. I also have a toyota that I use for rock crawling, I just wanted to go back to the "more" basics of when we all ...

I am interested in clearances with the toyota front end -
How much compression travel are you planning?
Is that the final layout of the ubolt plate?
How are you going to set up bumpstops?

This started off the be a K.I.S.S. project (keep it simple ) but...... things went a little over board. Run down of parts. Sammy frame, sky's wrangler swap, SPRING UNDER, toy axles, rear e-locker front lock right, 4.10 gears, 6.4:1 t-case 34x10.5x15 LTB swampers, toy high steer, rebuilt front axle ...

Hey toysuzi, post up the pics you have if you would please. I am guessing what you guy's are meaning by a "virtual " lift means just cutting the body and not doing and actual suspension or body lift, is that right?? Thanks
