What sort of front mount intercooler are you running???

If it is a high fin pitch core it could be block alot of air entering your radiator. I would be look here myself. As it seem you have tried everything else.
Most well design front mount will only add 4-7degree to your radiator temps.

What side is the diff on for the IFS landcruiser. Is it different then the solids?

I would think the solid axle fronts would be the most popular model for conversions because they didnt ...

WHAT 100series would be the prefered vehicle of choice.

I was thinking a 105hjz or similar. What diff ratio do they run stock? Any other info you guys could tell me would be appreciated.

Or if anyone knows of a blown engined one let me know. I want to purchase one very soon to develop the kit ...

The water pump will be the last part of the system. You need to get all your other parts before the pump. What size lines are you running, How much water in the system. Whats the truck used for, because a long course outback truck will need a different system to a short course winch truck. What are ...

Mate i couldnt tell you, when it did let go in 2006. I sold or gave away everything td42 related and i have not touched a td42 since.

I could maybe fine out but i would need to make some calls. Didnt know anyone modded td42 for power anymore :). Just joking.

No idea on exact price as yet. I have a full time case being send to me as we speak. Then i will sit down and design the rest of the kit.

I think you will be look over 40k if i am doing the job. Thats out the door with everything. Including switcable tuning with 300 Econo, 330 Heavy Tow, 350 Light ...

Chrome plating injector lines????

Hey everyone, I want to get my injector fuel lines and rails chrome plated for that super tough look. My new manifolds show all the lines and rails so i want it looking good.

Let me know who is around that can do this. I dont mind freighting it some place as long as its a very good job.

You are looking between 12-15k Aus for motor and trans landed here, for good 2nd hand units. New 12-15k just for the engine. Trans new 4-5 maybe more have not price a new unit before. Not sure about your side of the pond but.

I had stock gaskets, but i used hylomar to help it seal nice and strong.

I was running 30-35psi plus some other drugs on my td42 and never had a head gasket problem

I would be checking your timing advance also. Heaps of timing hurts

Has anyone priced up getting a td42 O-ringed???? I figured not ...

It has a body lift. Stock front springs with gq shorty soft lowered rears.
