Most of the rigs look pretty awesome this year with lots of big mods, sure to be plenty of high speed action out on those paddocks to test the skill of both car and team.

You 2 have organised an excellent event for the last 3 years that I have been attending and to be fed, showered and all of the other luxuries that go with the event in the middle of Australia that is an awesome accomplishment.

Well I will definitely win SS10 and SS16 from Hobzees event and then when Rudes disqualifies me for winning those two I will try really hard to win SS18.

Muppet started a good one last year while we were waiting for the 2m deep MUD stage, Barrel racing like the horses do but in a slightly modified 4B. Could be SS21.

Agree there, watch Crusty Demons or similar and get some tips on how to make an exciting DVD that everyone will watch. Not just a documentary. I'm keen to do some big jumps if everyone else joins in. Put those donuts that we were doing in the clay pan last year on the DVD.

As the name 4WD suggests (4 Wheel DRIVE) notice the drive, it's not 4 Wheel WINCH. I have been in events up here in QLD and also just saw
on 4WD TV that 4WD's on a driveable hill that still have forward momentum are stopped by the furious whistle blows just to make them winch. Lets drive the hills ...

Believe the Cliffhanger is already a national event, whether we need to head down the road for the need to attract international teams is debateable. The organisers of the Cliffhanger need to trend carefully or the event will up a "status" event where only those competitors with the capacity to ...

Dave, is there actually going to be driving in this event for longer than a few hundred metres. I am very sure (first hand information from some big names) that a lot of people would be more interested if you had some longer stages where we actually got to drive our cars for more than 3 minutes.

Count me in. Definitely good practice for OBC and Cliffhanger. Better to practice before comps rather than learning new things in the middle of a comp. Also heaps of fun.

Thought everyone might want to see why I was having clutch problems at Cliffhanger. The frame on the adaptor housing holding the thrust bearing push rod has totally broken through in two places. & arranges pickup & dropoffsfor rigs to OBC,the
transporters put the4x4s on top & normal under
this way they diliver as far as melb B4 OBC drop

Yeah can you get a competitor list up for us so we can see who's coming out in '08. It will also help us so we can organise ourselves for transport etc.
