gu ute petrol tank vent

hey guys,
my mate has a 2001 gu petrol ute, and the tank keeps pressurising to the point on slopes fuel will come out.
the small hoses coming off the tank seem to be clear.can any one tell me what's wrong? It has a non vented cap, not sure if it should be vented? any ideas where to look next would ...

Can't help with ram selection as I just stole the air hydro one of my engine crane and replaced it with a normal manual one but definitely double check the outside radius as the swag bracket is really tight around the ram.
Other thing I noticed is you can't torque down the through bolt on the ...

How do you think the ones you buy get made?

Presumably in a factory with a good quality control system where tolerances are checked on every unit.

It's the back shed thing that would scare most people when it comes to brake parts. Perhaps he has a better setup than what most people ...

I got a set of calipers overhauled a month back, $470 odd, which hurt, half that amount was the parts. I did the rotors myself to save cash. That's a HJ 47 'cruiser BTW.
there is a bloke up here who will rebuild your calipers with stainless pistons for $250/300 a pair, depending on model(mostly ...

Grind back where you are welding and cold gal it, just like you said.but a trick i learnt when i was welding a lot of gal, is to drink plain milk,it helps keep the "gal fever "at bay. and use a mask for the fumes

i have a 1990 3fe 80 series, and i have come across a 1hz pretty cheap(rusted out complete 1994 80 series)
will the 1hz bolt up to the a440 auto? i realize ill have to swap wiring etc
just want to know if its a straight swap

hi guys,
I need to replace my whole exhaust from headers to tailpipe.i would like it to go inside the chassis as well(between chassis and the gearbox)
It has 2 cats atm and 2 oxygen sensors. can i put 1 high flow cat in?
Does anybody know of extractors for the 3fe?

afaik one is wider than the other(pretty sure troopy is wider in the gutters)
so i found when looking for a rack for my 80 series(plenty of troopy ones around here)

ive been running gasless wire on a lincon 170 welder (onsite)for years, and it works fine. but it does weld differently to gas welding and takes a bit to get used too. i find it better to weld gal too. im currently replacing the hand rails at work using the gassless, much easier than my 250 amp WIA ...

what model hilux? i went to the wreckers today and all the 97 ones he had had no double cardon joint he had a 98 one with a double cardon joint but it was 100mm longer than my 100 series front shaft.

60 series are too short.

would it be possible to get either a 60 series and get the tube ...
