not from self experiance i would expect it would be cheaper aswell to swap the whole motor over the a 1.6 16 valve rather then the gti head since alot of custom work would have to be done to get worth while performance and reliability

I know rod (one stop suzi shop) had one in his ute

as the the title says .. my car (93 lwb vitara) is currently dead,
just drove home to grab some gear and now it wont start
no clicking from the starter motor what so ever
but the dash lights go dim when i try to start it :?
I have checked the fuses in the drivers foot well and there all good
same ...

sorta reminds me of sierrajims red one when it was still full body

have a look for chopzuki on here ... he did a build thread on his (swb hardtop on gqs) ...

are you running a tjm winch bar? ... you mind post up pics of it , thinking on getting one for mine soon just unsure about it

how much did they cost?
are they flexy flairs or solid?

from what i heard the V6 vitara has a thing about the timing belt/ chain loosing tension .. so you gotta check it every so often

should read some reviews about rocky rock frst before you buy from them especially on pirate .... they dont have a good wrap due to very delayed shipping and some other things but i cant rember them

on the other thing the kit what forms to YJ springs is that
A) hard to get these springs
B) the ...

is a sloppy gearbox in a vitara the same to a sierra the little bush at the bottom of the gear stick and the those bolts

with sierra gearing look at the percentage of how much they change high range also another where the gears are made, there's a write up somewhere on the web

from what i can remember trailtough gears are made by the same blocks who make the sierras stock gears in japan

don't know about vitaras but this is what i did with my sierra.
strengthened the tube chassis bit

driving the vitara down the highway today and i noticed the temp gauge randomly goes really cold then goes back to normal, but the car seems to run normal
