SEMA was a very hard slog for us. The hours were long, the work was demanding and as you can see from the photo, it was a dirty job but someone had to do it.

Glen is on the mark here. Look at the number of USA championship vehicles that still run leaf packs. Yes, you do have wrap issues but you don't have control arm issues. And leaf technology still continues to evolve. Look at Overkill's!

you can also get a large intercooler from a truck wreckers and cut it down to the size you need.

Actually, that is probably a way better idea. Tony & Norm did that and it cost them 3 parts of SXA. I chopped the side boxes to shape and profile and fused in new alley to suit what they wanted ...

Pete the whole driveline is in minnus tailshafts. Th truck is sitting about 3 inches higher than it will when move the front shackle mount. And yes Pete the Kone invader's turned up I managed to sneak photo without them knowing I'll post it up when it gets dark

As the Mav had alot of travel in the rear I have tried just about everything.
When I retained both ends I was stuffing coils as it compresses and stretches the coils and I would go through rear coils every 3 months.
I also tried very long soft coils that retained themselves, but for the travel thay ...
