No problems with noise or leaks so far - it's seen heaps of rain now too, so it's passed the test. Because there is a ridge where the hard top sit, it seals up nicely (press studs on the top section and hooks around the edge)

I can still put the hard top on, so it's all sweet

Mean lookin Fezz

Hey guys

Over the last two weeks my Feroza has been getting some TLC, starting with a 50mm body lift, then it got 31" muddies on some new sunraysia rims. Looks soooo mean now amd sits heaps taller than standard.

The body lift was pretty easy really, apart from one bastard of a rusted ...

Just make sure you don't buy CSA Ranger RV sunraysia's. ;) (they're the ones with the blue and red pinstripe running around the outside edge where the weights go. )

They're on Surf rims ATM so I'll try fit em on with those, but failing that I'll get some other rims cheap and use them instead (F100 rims or Vitara rims)...... Will have to get some flexi flares for it me thinks :P

Can't do the lift this weekend yet but will keep u posted :D

Wheel sizes...

I have the standard 5 stud 15 inch wheels on the Feroza.

My question is - Is it possible to fit 16 inch 6 stud wheels to suit my Feroza..... i know body modifications would be needed, but that aside - can it be done??

I was thinking maybe some F100 rims would fit??

The reason I ask is ...

How do you wind up the torsion bars??

I've tried doing it, cos my Feroza looks lop sided from the front and rear. :?

I've found the bolt which you need to turn but the lock nuts on the top spin as well. I assume you are supposed to turn it clockwise??

Any help would be appreciated. Pics would be great too :D

Hi Gopher, do you mean how to install it or where to mount the antenna? I installed my UHF myself it was quite easy, and mounted my antenna on the nudge bar. If you dont have a nudge bar maybe mount it on the spare wheel carrier on the rear.

Power steering???

I've got a 1992 narrow track Feroza, can I add power steering to it??? If so is it easy or more hassle than what it's worth?? Had a look in FAQ, nothing about it in there.... I'm hoping someone on here has done it before and can tell me how :)

In WA you can have a max of 6 forward facing white lights, including your standard headlights. So you can chuck 4 up on your roof but ya can't have any on ya roo bar. Also, some coppers might not be real traffic orientated so the fact that they don't book ya doesn't necessarily mean that it's not ...
