4 Speed Auto to EFI Viatara in Sierra

As the title suggests I'm considering the 4 Speed Vit Auto box to mate up to my 16V Efi Vitara 1.6 which lives in my 86 Sierra. Search hasn't given me much info and I've been told that box is all electronic and would be a biatch to sort for my Sierra.

My thoughts.

1) If there's gonna be a "quiet period" tell people- just dissapearing gave the impression that either nothing is happening or that the PA is breakin- neither a good look.
2) As a first timer I would've appreciated some idea ...

Hey Nic,

I tend to only do this when the list gets a bit long (like it is now!) I normally plug away at the mods here and there but it just happens that a lot of the current ones cascade into each other so it makes sense to do them as a bunch.

The extra droop afforded from whacky shackles is usually without and frce down on it, as the shackle just "flops" down. Without and force on teh wheel (or low force) there will not be much traction anyway. For the extra effort to make drop shackles work properly IMHO they are not worth it.

usually make a shroud that lifts the fan about 10mm of the radiator and the cooling efficeincy of the fan is greatly increased.
