I can;t help with photo's, but I am sure someone can, but are you sure you want to do this? Welding the front diff has a number of disadvantages, and can make the car very difficult to drive.

We have had a few members try it and the general comment is that it's great when you need it but without power steering it is a massive pain.

I drove a sierra with a welded front for a day off road and I was just buggered.

Getting in and out to unlock one hub gets pretty old too. (one way of making the car turn)

I run a welded rear ATM and think they're fine, but I won't weld a front.

thats some good and propper english u got therer mate.

i bought a front lockrite off lowrange for mine, only to discover when i pulled my front diff apart that i only had the 2 pinion center and the lockrite was useless. so with a handfull of useless center in my hands i welded it up, yet to find out how it goes.
basically i split the crown wheel off and removed bearings, than cleaned for weld, i welded the 3 gears first. than put the top back on and tack welded the 4th gear, split again and weld from inside... pita to do but not too bad i guess.
thats a pic of it split, just weld those gears up. thats a vitara rear i put a spool in. but yours will look the same onl 4 little gears... if it looks the same with 4 little gears ill swap u for a welded one already done
