Any ally fab shop can do it.

I'm not sure location wise but ask awill4x4, he's the resident TIG master. He is in Vic some where.

Could you simply put a 90 degree silicon elbow on it to get the outlet pointing down???

its for a top mount cooler, so it needs to be a 180 degree bend but that will take up alot of room, that is why i want it pointing down so i can then use a 90 degree bend to shoot back under it and into the intake manifold.

Considering that pic is from my website, why wouldn't you ask me to mod it?

or save some $$ and buy a complete kit in the first place.

cheers

I recommend Race Radiators at Bennet St Dandenong. They mod and/or repair our truck 'coolers for work, do a nice job.

He modded my air/water for me in a number of ways including relocating the outlet and changing the size of the inlets and outlets and .....

Couldn't be easier - holesaw a new hole in correct location, cut away anything of the inlet that the holesaw didn't remove and blend the shape of a short straight piece of pipe intot he new spot and weld away.

If you can't get ahold of AWILL jump in the phone book and ring a few sheetmetal shops to find one that does ally work.

If it cost you more than $60 I'd be surprised.
